2. Categories of personal data
Depending on the enquiry, we may process your name, telephone number, email address, message, appointment-related details and any symptoms or complaints you voluntarily provide. Technical data such as IP address, time, browser information and error codes may be generated during website use. Please do not send detailed medical records through a general contact field.

Responding to enquiries and arranging appointments; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where appropriate, (f). Until the enquiry is closed or applicable healthcare record retention rules apply.
Voluntarily provided health data
Handling enquiries and preparing care where necessary; an appropriate Article 6 legal basis and a separate Article 9 condition are required. Retention depends on the purpose and healthcare law.
Email correspondence
Responding, arranging appointments and providing information; the legal basis depends on the context (pre-contractual steps, contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest). Retained as long as needed.
